Keeping in mind these challenges, constraints and key objectives that APUS wanted to accomplish for their MBA students, the vFairs team created a bespoke virtual career fair solution. To further make the event impactful and informative, a Career Coaching section was added to assist students with fine-tuning their job search strategy and tools, in addition to getting expert support from counsellors.   A prep clinic recording was also made available for on-demand viewing that shared helpful tips and tricks with APUS students on how to prepare for a very productive career fair experience. This easy yet effective sharing of resources helped the host empower their audience with all the tools necessary to make a brilliant first impression on all employers in attendance, in turn strengthening the host’s reputation as a top candidate source.
