The event aims to empower people living with mental health conditions, such as depression and bipolar disorder, by providing them with practical information, wellness tools and resources. • Information on taking charge of one’s own mental healthcare
  • A sneak preview of two episodes of the YouTube series State of Mind with Maurice Benard. The Summit will equip attendees with free tools and resources that are not only vital to improve one’s own mental health but will also help facilitate changes to the mental health system at the local, state, and federal levels.

“Mental health is a bigger issue than ever before,” DBSA CEO Michael Pollock said. “We’re excited to bring our community together and equip them with tools and resources to improve their own mental health and the mental health system more broadly.”
