Prior to partnering with vFairs, Ready By 21 faced several challenges that hindered their ability to host effective virtual events. These challenges included:
- Limited interactivity: Basic training webinars did not offer enough engagement opportunities.
- Emulating the physical event: The organizers wanted to recreate the immersive experience of their physical meetings.
- Incorporating host city culture: Finding a way to infuse the host city’s cultural elements into the virtual event booths.

Classements
Gamification elements were integrated into the event by placing leaderboards throughout the virtual venue. This increased engagement and generated excitement among attendees.
Chat Rooms
Interactive chat rooms allowed participants and staff to interact in a fun and engaging manner. Dedicated staff ensured continuous conversation and active participation.
Salles d'exposition
The concept of exhibit halls was reimagined for the virtual event, successfully incorporating the host city’s culture. This resulted in higher booth participation rates.

The results of the Ready By 21 National Meeting were highly successful. With over 440 participants, the event surpassed the goal of 400 attendees. The incorporation of interactive features, such as leaderboards, chat rooms, and exhibit halls, greatly enhanced engagement and participation rates. End-of-day reflections provided a platform to showcase highlights and foster meaningful discussions.
