CadenceLIVE Silicon Valley 2024 achieved remarkable success with vFairs. The dedicated onsite support freed up the organizers from the burden of dealing with tech issues, saving them precious time. Simultaneously, the custom-built event mobile app garnered positive feedback from all and helped achieve Cadence’s mission of promoting greater interactions between attendees, exhibitors, experts, and peers.

The CadenceLIVE event wasn’t just about attendees getting a chance to meet exhibitors and sponsors. It represented much more than that. It was about living, breathing, and talking nothing but innovation, that too in the hub of all technological advancements—Silicon Valley.
The conference brought users, developers, industry experts, and visionary keynotes together to connect, share ideas, and inspire design creativity. However, customer interactions with sponsors and attendee engagement with experts and peers had been declining.
With CadenceLIVE Silicon Valley 2024 approaching, Cadence aimed to boost event engagement and attendance.
Another thing they wanted to do differently this time around was reduce their tech stack to streamline event processes. Previously, Cadence had been relying on multiple tools for various event management tasks. So they had one software just for lead capturing, an entirely new one for session scanning, and so on.
This meant juggling between too many tools, wasting time, and potentially increasing errors. That’s why Cadence was now looking for an all-in-one solution that did everything for them instead.
Cadence started looking for an event management platform to simplify both the pre-event setup and actual event execution. That’s when they found vFairs—an all-in-one solution that promised everything they needed.
vFairs provided Cadence with the tools they needed to drive event engagement with customized web pages, registration forms, and a mobile app. They used the badge printing app to print attendee badges as they entered the venue. The lead capture app allowed exhibitors to scan, store, and export leads generated at their booths, all in real time.
The event planning journey was made even easier with the help of vFairs customer service, which provided easy onboarding and pre-event support. On the day of the event, they help set up check-in and badge printing kiosks and provide tech support.
The Zoom webinar integration within the vFairs platform made it possible to seamlessly record sessions with minimal setup required. Plus, with the Vimeo integration vFairs provides, all the recorded content directly synced with the organizer’s Vimeo account. This made it easier for Cadence to edit and publish the on-demand session videos, helping cut down a whole week’s worth of time.
Cadence needed to simplify its tech stack so it could free up time to focus on the event. vFairs solved both these problems. It streamlined the pre-event setup by creating a unique multi-page event website, and its ticketing Platform helped build tailored registration forms, integrated with preferred payment methods.
The mobile app allowed attendees to engage, whereas the lead capture app lets exhibitors capture leads. Since all the tech used was provided by vFairs, each product integrated with the other providing an uninterrupted user experience.
Apart from the great pre-event service, vFairs also provided dedicated on-site tech support on event day, allowing organizers to focus on their event, connect, and network.
A key aspect of the conference that drew praise from all was the CadenceLIVE Silicon Valley Event Mobile App. The app was purpose-built by vFairs, with custom branding elements for Cadence and enhanced sponsor visibility throughout.
It consisted of everything attendees could need to achieve greater event engagement and connections. This included easy check-in options using QR codes, floor maps for simpler navigation, personalized agendas, networking tools, and live surveys for real-time feedback.
The app was also lauded by the organizers for its user-friendly and intuitive interface. While vFairs offers white glove services, this ease of use was a crucial factor for Cadence. They preferred learning how to create and customize the app themselves and train the other regions within the team.
The CadenceLIVE Silicon Valley 2024 conference was a great triumph Over 2100 attendees registered for the conference. The event mobile app especially played an integral role in boosting not only engagement but also networking. With 1200+ attendees logged in through the app and more than 1400 people present onsite, the app allowed them to connect and interact with each other.
The exhibitors were able to leverage the lead capture app to scan leads as they visited their booths and assess the success of the event based on the lead flow as well.
Finally, the on-site support helped ensure that everyone, from the organizers themselves to the participants, got to enjoy and fully immerse themselves in the event.
