The major challenge for NetNumber was the global pandemic that prevented them from holding their usual in-person NEXUS customer event. They could not host one in 2020, and when they realized that the circumstances wouldn’t change in 2021, they had to shift towards a virtual format.

The NEXUS21 virtual customer conference was a resounding success. With the help of vFairs, NetNumber saw an unprecedented increase in registrations, a 320% rise when compared to prior in-person events. They managed to double the number of countries represented in their registration count and observed over 90% of attendees returning for key content days. The positive feedback received from customers further underscored the success of the event and the effectiveness of the vFairs platform.
