The Ready By 21 National Meeting, a major event in the youth development sector, successfully transitioned to a virtual format with the help of vFairs. This interactive and engaging event brought together leaders from various fields, including government, businesses, education, legislation, recreation, and childcare, to discuss and improve strategies for youth development.
With features like leaderboards, chat rooms, and exhibit halls, the event exceeded participation goals, fostering collaboration, showcasing best practices, and creating a diverse and inclusive environment for attendees. Easy-to-track metrics enabled the organizers to set and exceed their participation goals, with over 440 participants surpassing their target of 400.
Prior to partnering with vFairs, Ready By 21 faced several challenges that hindered their ability to host effective virtual events. These challenges included:
