1: Attendee Lists and Search

The badge printing app now offers a complete list of attendees at the check-in counter. This can be a great way for event organizers to streamline the check-in process. The attendee lists also have a search attendee option so you can quickly find the registrant you’re looking for. 

Attendee lists will be shown as small tiles on the app screen with names, pictures, and the email IDs of the registrants. This is a great feature, even if all you want to do is skim through the list of attendees.  

2: Bulk Badge Printing

There are now two different ways for event hosts or check-in staff to print badges at the event. The badge printing app assigns a unique QR code to each attendee when they register for the event. When the attendee arrives, they simply need to scan the QR code through the scanner present on-site and the printer will immediately print their badge out. This video demonstrates the process and how simple it is.

Another update allows you to print more than one badge at the same time. Now, you can select some or all of the badges you want to print from the attendee list within the app and press print. The app will bulk print all of the selected badges queued up. You can also simply click on the print button next to each attendee’s tile to print their badge without scanning the QR code.

This is a great feature for when you have a large number of attendees and want to make the check-in process even quicker. The attendees don’t need to be there or scan the code to print their badges. You can do all of that through the admin panel well in advance. 

3: Badge Printing Configurations 

The vFairs team has made it even simpler for event admins to choose which fields they want to print on the badge. Event admins can now add new fields and change the order of these fields through the Badge Printing App’s backend. This significantly reduces the time the dev team has to spend to set up custom badge fields for each event.

4: All Users Listing in Badge Printing App

In-person events need badges for staff members, exhibitors, and speakers along with attendees and we understand that requirement at vFairs.
