One significant challenge faced was finding a solution to make all exhibitor booths accessible to every attendee. The traditional limitation, where in-person attendees could only connect with exhibitors physically present in the room, posed a considerable constraint. The standard capacity of 25 exhibitor booths within the physical space restricted the range of connections that could be made during the event.

Breaking Barriers Through Onsite & Online Networking
The networking features not only enabled attendees to monitor their interactions during the event but also facilitated easy follow-ups. Additionally, the introduction of QR codes and downloadable contact cards streamlined the exchange of contact information. Virtual participants were further empowered to engage in one-to-one connections through diverse communication channels, like text, audio, and video.
Increased Accessibility with Virtual Booths
The vFairs mobile app empowered in-person attendees by providing access to the complete list of exhibitors, allowing them to connect with virtual booths throughout the entire weekend. This breakthrough marked a substantial victory, as the technology enabled an expansion beyond the physical constraints, liberating the event from the previous limitation of accommodating only 25 exhibitor booths in the room.
