What is Epic Events?

Epic Events is a brand new webcast series hosted by vFairs. The series was developed to help fulfill the vFairs Company Mission to “Help organizations delight audiences they care about.” No matter what industry you’re coming from, or what types of events you’re planning, this webcast series will have inspiration and tangible takeaways for everyone.

What to Expect

Epic Events will be an interactive experience wherein professionals from across industries can learn, interact and ask top industry leaders all their burning questions about events. We’ll be diving deep into the world of virtual, hybrid and in-person events with industry experts, partners and real clients who have found success with vFairs!

You can expect insightful conversations from event hosts and experts across industries about business challenges they’ve faced and how they overcame them through event technology. We’ll share new product features and pro tips that will help you develop a better approach to virtual and hybrid events.

This is not another stuffy business series. We’re here to give you the inside scoop on what makes a truly epic virtual, hybrid or in-person event, and have fun doing it! We appreciate everyone’s valuable time, and so we’ll be sharing prizes and giveaways, and work in some fun interactive elements whenever the time is right.

Some topics you can expect to hear about on Epic Events include:

  • What unique features will help my event stand out and hit my goals?
  • How do I leverage mobile applications for virtual, hybrid and in-person events?
  • How will hybrid events evolve in the coming months and years?
  • How can I drive true business value through virtual or hybrid events?
