In 2003, we opened our online cross stitch store to meet the growing demand for cross stitch supplies – especially for customers outside the US. In 2005, we opened our brick-and-mortar store in Plainwell, MI, and have expanded our business several times since then. We now have a professional in-house print shop and operate as a warehouse for several designers in the industry.
