“We were double billed by WHOVA for the Sponsorship package. We initially paid for 10 sponsors & upgraded to 20 by paying difference. We then wanted to upgrade to unlimited sponsors by paying the difference. Surprisingly, we were asked to pay the full price of the package for unlimited sponsors.”
