We had 1,900 people registered… the whole day went very smoothly. At one point we were 40 minutes in and there were no lines… Everybody had their code, and badges were printed instantly.

We needed something that would allow multiple sessions so we could have multiple speakers going at the same time. It needed to be easy to navigate…simple for [attendees] to be able to get through… vFairs offered all of that for us… We had all the features we needed, and made it easy for those attending to get the resources they wanted.

vFairs offered many virtual stage options to choose from, and all were very highly customizable. Everything from signage and banners, all the way to carpet colours and virtual avatars, which was a nice surprise to us. While the backend was very robust…the front-end is very sleek, very modern, and most importantly user friendly!
