Active and Queued chats make it simple for representatives to organize and manage their chats.
The Chat Queueing feature offers transparent timelines to representatives and exhibitors for wait time. The active chats and queued messages assist representatives in keeping track of ongoing and upcoming chats so they can prepare ahead of time before moving on to a different conversation.
Attendees can also view their wait time in the queue and know they are up next for a chat. Making it convenient for attendees and representatives to stay clear of their chat timelines.
As soon as an event goes live and chat rooms open, it gets bustling in no time. Each user expects to have a wholesome event experience, especially when it comes to networking. Representatives want to attend as many chats as they can, and attendees want to connect with as many representatives as possible. Checking off all these boxes is no easy task but chat queueing orchestrates these details for you.
You have the ability to set a time limit for each chat through our backend. As soon as a representative initiates a chat, the timer starts ticking to the limit you set.
With the Chat Queueing feature, you can decide the number of concurrent chats each representative can serve. Any chats following concurrent chats go into a queue. Even when a chat becomes active, representatives have a “Start” button to initiate the chat. Consequently, attendees view the number they have in a queue with a timer showing when their chat goes live.
Having a chatbot in a chat platform streamlines communication by providing preliminary information to users coming to chat. The vFairs Bot does the same and provides timely updates to users with details such as availability status, the waiting time, automated responses if the representative is busy, exit option, and the position in the chat queue.

Chat Queueing improves communicative efficiency so representatives can attend to chats, take appointments, and be present at their booths. Moreover, it gives clarity to attendees in terms of time.
And if it gets overwhelming to manage a queue or you have to attend a session, you can pause the queue in the chat platform, and pick back up as soon as you resume.
The attendees, on the other hand, receive a notification right away that the queue has been paused.
Chat Queueing not only allows you to streamline event communication with you in charge or concurrent and live chats, but it also gives you the option to extend chats. Midway through a chat, you can extend your chat by prompting the extension button appearing on top of the chat window.
You can determine chat extension timing through our backend. Once you click on the extension button, the duration which you set on the backend gets added to the total chat time, extending your chat time.
