This is the first Marriott Santo Domingo Virtual Job Fair, and it’ll also provide the first career connections to future Marriott-managed properties to open in Santo Domingo. The current event offers a unique opportunity to candidates eager to work at the three Marriott properties in the city: JW Marriott Santo Domingo, Renaissance Santo Domingo & Courtyard Santo Domingo.
During the career fair, candidates find relevant positions throughout hotel functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurants and Bars, Culinary / Kitchen and Stewarding, Spa, Loss Prevention / Security, Banquets and Events, Engineering and Facilities maintenance, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, It / Systems and technology, and Luxury service.
Candidates can log in remotely, apply for open roles, and participate in sessions with Brock Hochhalter, Marriott’s Area General Manager for Marriott Dominican Republic and Haiti; Yudit Garcia, General manager for JW Marriott Santo Domingo; Natanyi Cabrera, General Manager Courtyard Santo Domingo; and other Market Discipline Leaders.
