The virtual benefits fair will assist teammates, their families, and benefits providers to connect with each other through exhibit booths, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
Irving, TX – Team Car Care will host its Annual Virtual Benefits Fair starting October 31, 2022 on the vFairs platform. During the company’s 2023 Annual Enrollment event (Oct. 31 – Nov. 11), teammates that visit the virtual benefits fair will be automatically entered into a number of drawings with top prizes of $100 Visa Gift Cards. All teammates, their families, domestic partners, and dependents can participate in the event by registering here.
Event attendees will be able to get in touch with key benefits providing vendors through interactive exhibit booths in the Exhibit Hall. The booths provide simple and easy-to-use information such as short videos, presentations, brochures, and benefits details that attendees can save for later or download.
During the benefits fair’s Live Day on October 31, teammates can interact with the booth reps and get answers to all their questions from 2:00pm – 6:00pm EDT/11:00am – 3:00pm PDT. There’s another special drawing for Visa gift cards just for teammates that visit the benefits fair on Live Day.
The benefits fair will be a great way for teammates to get simple, basic information about their health, wellness, and voluntary benefits. They can watch the Benefits Presentation in the Benefits Presentation Room, a virtual auditorium to make an informed decision about choosing the right benefits for them. Live presentations will take place on Live Day, October 31 and again on November 4. An on-demand presentation will be available beginning November 1. Teammates watching the Benefits Presentation will also learn about current and new opportunities to save more money when using Team Car Care benefits.
In addition to the regular Benefits Presentation that will discuss the changes in 2023, there will be two supplemental presentations. The first is a quick overview and tutorial on how teammates can access the Amino app. This app can help teammates find the best doctors available in their Blue Cross medical plan network as well as find the ones that will save them the most money. It even shows a cool feature that will let the teammate schedule their doctor appointment automatically without making a call.
The other presentation is about a new service offered through Walrus, which provides the company’s Blue Cross plan members the opportunity to have their own personal pharmacist. The program is free to members, and allows them to see if they can save money on their medications and to get assistance if they are having difficulty using their current medications.
Additional information is available in the virtual Information Desk. Participants in the fair can also get a copy of the Team Car Care Benefits Guide there as well as additional benefits information. When the teammate is done visiting the fair, they can go straight to the Benefits Enrollment Center from the virtual lobby in the benefits fair to enroll in their benefits for 2023.
