Want to extend reach for your vFairs webinars exponentially? Try Restream.

What is Restream?

Restream is a platform that lets you broadcast your live or pre-recorded presentations to any number of social media channels, including Facebook Live, YouTube, Twitch and Twitter Periscope. That means all the content you’re providing your attendees can also be consumed by your larger social audiences at the same time.

Restream offers a solution called Restream Studio, which gives you control over how your webinar looks. You can choose from various backgrounds, include your brand logos, and add text overlays to introduce speakers or incite action during your vFairs webinars.

How can I use it in my vFairs webinars?

If the goal of your virtual event is to get the word out to as wide of an audience as possible, ReStream is a great solution. Events with a heavy focus on webinars can easily see the benefits of using Restream.

Let’s have a look at a few use cases where you can incorporate Restream into your vFairs webinars.

Hybrid Events

If you’re hosting a hybrid event, why not broadcast your keynote or important presentations out to an even wider audience? You’re already expanding your audience reach by offering both in person and online options, now you can share certain content with your entire audience across channels. Hybrid events are highly complex productions, offering different value to different attendee types. As such, it’s important to select content that’s both valuable to your audience at large, but not too valuable that people are deterred from registering for your event. Make sure your in-person and virtual attendees still have access to exclusive content and offers within your event.

Virtual Conferences

Whether you’re hosting a live panel discussion or presenting findings that your industry should know about, you can Restream your webinar across social channels during your virtual conference. This is a great way to establish yourself as a thought leader to all of your audiences, across channels. Plus, you can still add value to your virtual attendees by offering exclusive content and offers that aren’t available to non-attendees.

Virtual Product Launches

Announcing a new line of products or an important product update? Restream your virtual launch webinar across all of your platforms to help spread the word. Include a CTA in your Restream to visit your product landing page and learn more. When executed properly, virtual product launches will offer attendees access to exclusive content, offers, and the ability to speak with your sales representatives one on one. While everyone can hear about your product announcements at the same time through Restream, your attendees will be the first to access it.

Virtual Graduation Ceremonies

One of the best ways to make graduation even more memorable is to Restream your convocation ceremony across channels. Students can get their friends and family to join in on the celebrations through the live stream.
