Washington, DC – National Disability Institute (NDI) has announced the 2025 Disability Owned Convening, taking place virtually on November 5-6, 2025. This powerful national event is free to attend thanks to sponsor support. Entrepreneurs, advocates, and supporters across the country are encouraged to register and take part in this fully accessible, inclusive experience.
The Disability-Owned Convening is designed for entrepreneurs with disabilities and the communities that support them, including advocacy groups, vocational rehabilitation agencies, and business support organizations.
Attendees will learn practical ways to grow their businesses, from using AI tools and improving financial health to marketing and finding resources. The event also features inspiring panels that showcase how entrepreneurs with disabilities are turning challenges into success stories.
“The Disability Owned Convening celebrates the innovation and resilience of entrepreneurs with disabilities,” said Tom Foley, Executive Director of NDI. “Over the past three years, this convening has connected thousands of leaders and allies nationwide, showcasing how entrepreneurs transform barriers into opportunity and lead the way in building thriving businesses and advancing a stronger, more inclusive economy”.
What sets this event apart is its national scope, no-cost attendance, and commitment to accessibility. It is one of the few events of its kind focused on empowering and uplifting entrepreneurs with disabilities.
