During the career fair, candidates find relevant positions across 13 hotel functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurants and Bars, Culinary / Kitchen and Stewarding, Spa, Loss Prevention / Security, Banquets and Events, Engineering and Facilities maintenance, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, It / Systems and technology, and Luxury service.
Candidates can log in remotely, apply for open roles, and participate in sessions with Brock Hochhalter, Marriott’s Area General Manager for Marriott Dominican Republic and Haiti; Yudit Garcia, General manager for JW Marriott Santo Domingo; Natanyi Cabrera, General Manager Courtyard Santo Domingo; and other Market Discipline Leaders.
