Registration opening is rarely the last time your ticketing changes. A company asks to send its whole team at once, a workshop gets added halfway through sales, and finance wants an invoice for every purchase.
In most ticketing tools, each of those requests turns into another ticket to build or another task to handle by hand. The bigger your event gets, the more of that work lands on your team.
Ticketing on vFairs is now yours to build. You shape it yourself inside your registration form, and the setup keeps up as your event changes.
Ticket types live in the admin dashboard. For each one, such as General, VIP, or Student, you set the name, price, and inventory.
The ticket widget and the add-on widget are built in the same system as your registration form, so you drag them in wherever they belong. Choose a grid or card layout, match your brand colors, and add a ribbon to spotlight a tier like VIP. Presets cover most of the design, and custom branding rules let you fine-tune the rest.
Day-based pricing gives each calendar day of a multi-day event its own price, and one ticket type covers every day.
Discounts run on conditions you set. When a buyer’s selection meets them, the discount shows on the form and applies the moment they select it, with no code to enter. You can offer:
One buyer can register several people in a single purchase and assign a ticket to each person. It suits corporate teams and companies sending several employees to the same event.
Add-ons carry their own price and sell alongside tickets in the same form. Workshops, gala dinners, parking passes, and merchandise all work as add-ons.
Variants let one add-on come in versions priced differently, such as a vegan meal option or merchandise by color or size.
Each add-on also shows its availability on the form as live, coming soon, low stock, or out of stock. The statuses update on their own, and you decide the stock level at which an add-on shows as low stock.
The payments widget keeps checkout on your registration form. Buyers pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer, with no redirect to a separate payment page.
Ticket selection, add-ons, discounts, and payment all happen in one place for the buyer.
Each payment generates its own invoice or receipt, so your finance team has a record for every purchase. You control how they look and how they go out:
Tax is handled in the same flow. You set a default tax, and it’s added to the total automatically at checkout and on the invoice. You also decide how buyers see it: as its own line item on the registration form and invoice, or included in the total without a separate line.
Every step runs inside the platform, from the first ticket you build to the last invoice you send. What you sell feeds straight into check-in and reporting.
We’re adding more ways to shape your ticketing, and these are on the way:
