Why this matters

Your event data, where your work happens.

vFairs analytics already give you the dashboards. MCP goes one step further: it brings that same data into the AI assistant your team drafts, plans and decides in, and lets it talk to your other tools.

01

Data where you already work

Your team is drafting agendas, sponsor decks and follow-up sequences inside an AI assistant. MCP puts live event data in that same window, so insight and action happen in one place.

02

Joined up with your whole stack

Chain vFairs with your CRM, martech and comms tools through their own MCP servers. Registration behaviour meets pipeline and campaign data, and the assistant reconciles all of it for you.

03

Deeper answers, compounding context

Every follow-up question builds on the last. A conversation carries context a one-shot report can't, so you go from 'what happened' to 'why, and what next' without starting over.

Use cases

What the MCP server lets you do

Every example below is a real question you can type. Some chains integrate vFairs with your CRM or comms tools through their own MCP servers.

Sponsor ROI reports on demand

Pull every metric a sponsor cares about, booth visits, doc downloads, session overlap, without opening a spreadsheet.

Ask:

Build the post-event report for the Siemens booth at Fiesta 2026: unique visitors, docs downloaded, and which sessions those visitors also attended.

vFairs

Turn engagement into pipeline

Chain vFairs with your HubSpot or Salesforce MCP and let the two systems reconcile each other.

Ask:

Everyone who watched the pricing session, cross-referenced with HubSpot, who has no open deal. Create a task for their owner.

vFairs HubSpot

Live in-event triage

Ask what's happening while it's still happening, and fix the half-empty room before it's a half-empty room.

Ask:

Which sessions starting in the next hour are below 40% of expected attendance, and who registered but hasn't joined?

vFairs

Segment-level drop-off alerts

Compare this year to last year at the level of region, job title or company size, not just the headline number.

Ask:

Compare Fiesta 2026 to 2025 by region and job title. Flag any segment down more than 10% and tell me what changed.

vFairs

Ops questions answered instantly

The logistics detail you need right now, without filing a ticket and waiting two days.

Ask:

How many attendees from New York requested vegetarian meals, and which sessions are they registered for?

vFairs

Content that writes itself from data

Feed real attendance behaviour straight into the follow-up email, recap post or exec summary.

Ask:

Draft the post-event recap email. Use the three highest-attended sessions and the most-downloaded document as proof points.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the vFairs MCP Server?

It's a connection that lets an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT read your live vFairs event data. You ask questions in plain English about registrations, attendees, sessions and surveys, and get answers straight from your account; no exports or dashboards required.

Who can use it, and how do I get access?

It's in beta with a select cohort of customers, with full rollout planned for September 2026. Any vFairs customer can request access through their Customer Success Manager (or email [email protected]).

Which AI assistants does it work with?

Any tool that supports MCP, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor. Because MCP is an open standard, compatibility grows as more tools adopt it.

Can it change my event data?

No. The beta is read-only - it answers questions but cannot edit registrations, email attendees or delete anything.

Is my data secure?

The connector only accesses data your existing vFairs permissions allow, can be scoped per team and event, is fully revocable, and your attendee data is never used to train any model.
