We believe that you should not only get information and networking opportunities from virtual events, you should also get some fun memories out of them! Keeping this in mind, we’re excited to introduce our new virtual photo booth feature.

Our virtual photo booth will allow you to take custom pictures of yourself right within the event platform. You can even share them with colleagues, family and friends across social media! In addition, this feature lets you submit your pictures to in-event photo competitions, where attendees can vote for their favorite images. Here’s how you can use this new photo booth feature to have fun at any virtual or hybrid event hosted using vFairs.

Access The Virtual Photo Booth Easily In Your Event Navigation

You can easily access the photo booth at any virtual conference via the event menu. Our developers have integrated it there so that you can instantly open it and take your pictures. Once you click on the feature, it will take you into a pop-up screen where you can have fun with all the features the photo booth offers.

Take As Many Pictures As You Want In The Virtual Photo Booth

Once you’re in the photo booth, you can take as many photos as you want. If you don’t like a picture, you can just discard it and take more! All you have to do is get ready, smile, and click the shutter!

Use A Variety Of Backgrounds And Frames

Your photos won’t be boring ones with blank backgrounds! You can choose from a variety of backdrops, including custom-made backgrounds. Backgrounds can include imagery from different parts of the virtual event, such as the lobby, exhibit hall or the auditorium. This lets you emulate the physical event experience by saving your memories of every aspect of the event.

Furthermore, you can also add a variety of frames around your photos. Whether they’re some default frames we offer, or ones customized for the event, they’re sure to add some pizazz to your pictures!

Add Cool Filters And Stickers

Take the fun a step ahead and add filters to your photos. Edit them right in the virtual photo booth according to your aesthetic preferences. There is a wide variety of options you can choose from to make your pictures stand out.

In addition, there are also lots of stickers you can add to your snaps. These stickers let you add a fun element, and are really simple to use.

Participate In Photo Contests

Organizers can add a whole dimension of engagement to their event with photo contests. Our photo booth feature allows you to submit your pictures to a photo contest, where attendees can vote on their favorite ones. Hosts can choose winners based on the most popular or most creative photo. You can also offer prizes such as product discounts or such for these contests to attract more people to the event.

Share Photos On Social Media From The Virtual Photo Booth

The photo booth has a set of social media sharing buttons integrated with it. You can directly share your pictures on your preferred social media platform from the booth. This is useful for hosts as well, as they’ll get traction if people share pictures from their events.

Save And Download Your Photo

If you like a particular picture and want to save it for future use, you can download it from the photo booth. Then, you can use it wherever you want, whenever you want. The download button is clearly visible in the booth, and is instantly responsive.

So, our new virtual photo booth feature has a lot to offer when it comes to user engagement and experience. It makes the experience fun for participants and adds a new level of engagement for hosts.
