Los Angeles, CA – Hip Hop International (HHI) has announced that they will host the World Hip Hop Dance Championship from August 1- 6, 2023. The event will be held in Phoenix, Arizona at the Arizona Grand Resort and Mullett Arena, and live streamed around the world. With affiliates in fifty-five nations, the World Hip Hop Dance Championship is without peer as the largest and most respected dance competition in the world. In addition, HHI’s events are family friendly and appeal to multiple generations.
The week-long competition, which has grown from 13 countries to 55 since its inception in 2002, will kick off with the parade of nations, and will be followed by a series of competitions and elimination rounds over proceeding days. The event’s success can be traced to being organized to the highest professional standards. This includes a standardization of the judging process through judge workshops leading up to the event that certify dance professionals to accurately assess competitors throughout the week.
